| Abstract | This study was designed to evaluate and compare the humoral immune response of broilers to Newcastle disease vaccine and virus challenge following day old and/or day 21 vaccination with the Nigerian (Vom)-produced attenuated infectious bursal disease vaccine. The study showed that 2 doses of infectious bursal disease vaccine at days 0 and 21 rather than one single dose at either day 0 or day 21 was more beneficial to the broiler fowl with specific reference to humoral immune response to Newcastle disease virus.. |
