Jason P. Doiron
BiographyTitle: Associate Professor
Education: B.A., University of Prince Edward Island; Ph.D., University of New Brunswick
Dr. Doiron's research interests include an exploration of a variety of topics in clinical psychology using both quantitative and qualitative methodologies. His recent work has examined the etiology, treatment, and prevention of pathological gambling. Other issues that interest me from both a clinical and a research perspective include integrative approaches to psychotherapy (especially in relation to the treatment of anxiety and depressive disorders), the impact of early relationships and parenting practices on later adjustment, neuropsychology, forensic psychology, and human sexuality.
