|Abstract||Cold-agglutinin hemolytic anemia in a dog was manifested by weakness, progressive hemolytic anemia, hematuria, and hemoglobinuria. Corticosteroid therapy failed to alleviate the anemia. The condition became complicated by Haemobartonella canis infection berminally. Prominent postmortem findings included disseminated thrombosis and infarction, glomerulonephritis, and thickened alveolar membranes.|
