| Abstract | Three cases of disseminated feline blastomycosis occurred in Wisconsin and northern Illinois. Two had unilateral uveitis and retinal detachment and were treated successfully with a combination of surgery and chemotherapy with amphotericin-B and ketoconazole. Another with central nervous system signs including blindness, circling, and disorientation died. Blastomycosis was confirmed by cytological or histopathological examination in all three cases. Twenty previously described cases of feline blastomycosis are reviewed.. |
