Tarek Saleh

Biography

Title: Professor, Chair

Education: BSc, University of Western Ontario (1992); PhD, University of Western Ontario (1995)

Dr. Saleh completed a Postdoctoral Fellowship at the University of Calgary Neuroscience Research Group and joined the UPEI Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in 1996. Dr. Saleh's research is funded by the Canadian Institutes of Health Research, Heart and Stroke Foundation, and ACOA's Atlantic Innovation Fund. He has recently spun out a for-profit venture named Bio Valuation Outsourcing Solutions (BIOVOS) and is the Chief Scientific Officer.
